What the role involves
- Looking after the physical, emotional, cultural and social needs of clients, using a client-centred approach.
- Observing and promoting each client’s choice, independence, dignity, privacy, fulfilment and other rights.
- Creating and maintaining good professional relationships with clients, their family and friends.
- Actively supporting other care workers.
- Adhering to all regulatory and statutory obligations, and to Cwtch Care Ltd policies, procedures and guidelines.
Experience we’re looking for
- Experience of providing high standards of care provision.
- Experience of meeting the needs of clients and supporting them well.
- A full driving licence.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends when needed.
Education and training
A Diploma in Health and Social Care (or equivalent, such as NVQ Level 2) — or working towards one. This is desirable but not essential, as training will be provided.
