Arrangements in place during the last financial year for identifying, planning and meeting the training needs of staff employed by the service provider. regular review meetings with staff to ensure that their training needs are meet and monitored to be right and adequate for the individual. That their learning needs are taken into account as individuals by us as a company as all learn better in different ways and opportunities are available to address them. Providing mentoring and induction periods that are staff guided. In house training and manual handling training by inhouse pathways trainers. medication assessment training

Wellbeing and health support service available to all staff to deal with mental health issues within work and for their relatives also. Support by well trained staff and experienced carers.
